Privacy Statement

The Canadian Nuclear Learning Centre (CNLC), operated by Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL), is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals and safeguarding personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation and CNL policies and practices.

References to “CNLC” throughout this website, including these Terms of Use and Privacy Statement, refer to the activities, programs, services, and operations administered by CNL. Any legal rights, obligations, responsibilities, or liabilities associated with CNLC are those of Canadian Nuclear Laboratories Ltd. (CNL).  As the CNLC evolves, CNL expects that it’s governance structure may change.  CNL reserves the right to assign its legal rights, obligations, responsibilities, or liabilities relating to the CNLC to a successor organization, which may take the form of the CNLC incorporated as a stand alone organization.  Notwithstanding any such change, CNL recognizes that it will retain certain obligations regarding the protection of personal information.
